“Love Train Megamix” is a dj mix of a lot of tracks I’ve recorded over the years. It represents a culmination of music I’ve made over the past decade or so. It’s a collection that spans over a variety of different recording techniques and styles I’ve adopted. 

Here is the track list for the mix:

Each track has its own style and was recorded in a unique way. For example, “Get It Off” was recorded using a Roland MC101 groove box, with sounds from a variety of sound kits, while sequencing different hardware gear. Another track, “Strength,” was recorded simply in Fl Studio. In this way, each track has its own unique way of being recorded. This was done this way because, although I’ve acquired a lot of different instruments and recording gear over the years, I don’t always have access to all my gear. Also, in some cases, I sold the gear. I also like to change how I record, sometimes, to fit my current style or genre. For example, one could describe “Life Is A Beautiful Dream” or “Pull You In” as Synthwave in genre, in a way, while other tracks, such as “Love Train,” are more standard EDM style tracks. Similarly, some tracks are more Hip Hop in genre, such as “Noah” and “Get It Off.” Others, such as “Strength,” are more like Instrumental Hip Hop. In this way, each track brings its own different element to the mix creating one flavorful, cohesive playlist that is, “Love Train Megamix.
